A Fully Numerical Approach to One-Loop Amplitudes

چکیده
We suggest a new approach for the automatic and fully numerical evaluation of oneloop scattering amplitudes in perturbative quantum field theory. We use suitably formulated dispersion relations to perform the calculation as a convolution of treelevel amplitudes. This allows to take advantage of the iterative numerical algorithms for the evaluation of leading order matrix elements. Preprint submitted to Elsevier 30 September 2008

Golem95C: A library for one-loop integrals with complex masses
We present a program for the numerical evaluation of scalar integrals and tensor form factors entering the calculation of one-loop amplitudes which supports the use of complex masses in the loop integrals. The program is built on an earlier version of the golem95 library, which performs the reduction to a certain set of basis integrals using a formalism where inverse Gram determinants can be av...
متن کاملA New Approach to Solve Fully Fuzzy Linear Programming with Trapezoidal Numbers Using Conversion Functions
Recently, fuzzy linear programming problems have been considered by many. In the literature of fuzzy linear programming several models are offered and therefore some various methods have been suggested to solve these problems. One of the most important of these problems that recently has been considered; are Fully Fuzzy Linear Programming (FFLP), which all coefficients and variables of the prob...
متن کاملOn the Numerical Evaluation of One-Loop Amplitudes: the Gluonic Case
We develop an algorithm of polynomial complexity for evaluating one-loop amplitudes with an arbitrary number of external particles. The algorithm is implemented in the Rocket program. Starting from particle vertices given by Feynman rules, tree amplitudes are constructed using recursive relations. The tree amplitudes are then used to build one-loop amplitudes using an integer dimension on-shell...
متن کاملScattering amplitudes with open loops.
We introduce a new technique to generate scattering amplitudes at one loop. Traditional tree algorithms, which handle diagrams with fixed momenta, are promoted to generators of loop-momentum polynomials that we call open loops. Combining open loops with tensor-integral and Ossola-Papadopoulos-Pittau reduction results in a fully flexible, very fast, and numerically stable one-loop generator. As ...
